Neel is a first year medical student at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in bioengineering, where he was a Banneker/Key and Goldwater Scholar, and finished as a finalist for the Marshall Scholarship. He has extensive tutoring experience and scored in the 100th percentile on the MCAT. Neel is passionate about teaching students MCAT content fundamentals, which he believes leads to greater success. He has been recognized for his exceptional results, increasing student scores by more than 30 percentile points. He works to understand each student's strengths and weaknesses to tailor his approach to their needs. Neel received admission into several T10 and T20 medical schools. He has worked as an admissions interviewer and has a keen understanding of how the admissions process works. Neel is excited to meet new students and guide them through the pre-med journey, the first step in realizing their career goals!
